                    Modulation Index is headed by Greg J. Ogonowski. Having been 
                    involved with the professional broadcast industry for over 
                    30 years, and developing high quality streaming audio for 
                    10 years, this experience has led to the development of the 
                    PAD:: series of software products. He is also co-developer 
                    of the Orban OptimodŽ Digital Series of Broadcast Audio Processing 
                    Systems, including Orban Optimod-PC, and the Orban Opticodec-PC 
                    File and Streaming Encoders, the first commercially available 
                    AAC/HE-AAC/aacPlus™ audio encoders for Internet and 
                    mobile streaming. 
                  Product development is a collective effort 
                    between broadcast engineering and IT professionals, and a 
                    computer science higher degreed software engineer. Since reliability, 
                    robustness, efficiency, and user interface are of utmost importance, 
                    there are no beginners, hackers, or enthusiasts here. 
                  Product support is perfomed by high level 
                    broadcast engineers and IT professionals. Because broadcasting 
                    and netcasting are 24/7 events, product support is available 
                    24/7. 
                  The Modulation Index development laboratory 
                    consists of all the latest broadcast signal generating and 
                    monitoring euipment, including several different RDS encoders, 
                    monitors, consumer receivers, FM exciters, and streaming encoders 
                    and servers. This allows for device compatibility, thourough 
                    software development and testing, and complete capable technical 
                    support.
